
Dr. Dolphus Weary - Director of Development
Dolphus grew up in rural Mississippi, then moved to California, where in 1969 he became one of the first black graduates of Los Angeles Baptist College with a B.S. degree in Biology. After receiving his Masters of Religious Education from Los Angeles Baptist Seminary, Dolphus returned to Mississippi in 1971 to assume leadership of Mendenhall Ministries; his book, I Ain’t Comin’ Back, was published in 1990. Since 1998, Dolphus has spread the message of reconciliation by serving with Mission Mississippi, first as Executive Director and currently as President. Dolphus is a nationally featured speaker and writer and serves as a member of numerous boards, including the Evangelical Council for Financial Accountability, Inter-Varsity Christian Fellowship, Wheaton College Board of Visitors, World Vision, and Belhaven College. Dolphus and his wife, Rosie, are the parents of three children: Danita, who lives in Natchez, MS; Ryan, currently living at home; and their eldest son, Reggie, for whom they recently observed his three-year homegoing anniversary.
Otilia Sebuktekin - Operations Manager

Otilia Is originally from Honduras. She has lived in USA for about 22 years and out those 22 years, 20 of them she has lived in Mississippi. She has been actively involved in the Hispanic community and the Catholic community. She is one of the founding members of the Mississippi Hispanic Association, in which she sat on the board table for several years, previously a member of the Board of Directors of St. Therese Catholic School and now serves as a board member for CORE, Inc. and Mississippi Catholic. She earned a degree in Business Administration from the University of Honduras, in Tegucigalpa, Honduras, and Management from LSU, Baton Rouge, LA. She worked for Eastover Bank as a Payoff Officer, Allstate Insurance as the Call Center Associate Manager, SunTech, Inc. the Customer Service Manager and now as the Operations Manager for Mission Mississippi. She has been married to Isik Sebuktekin for twenty years and they have a daughter named Milena. They reside in the City of Clinton.
Jennifer Lyles - Marketing Coordinator
Jennifer is originally from Grenada, MS. She attended Northwest Community College in Senatobia before attending Mississippi State University where she graduated with a bachelors in Communication with an emphasis in Public Relations in August 2007. She stays busy volunteering with Habitat for Humanity, Leukemia and Lymphoma Society Team in Training, Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure and is an advocate for MADD. Jennifer officially joined the Mission Mississippi team as Marketing Coordinator in April 2009.
